Cock and ball torture, otherwise known as cbt, takes a special kind of painslut. There are many submissive painsluts who like heavy corporal punishment, bastinado, nipple torture, and the like, but they don’t necessarily like cbt. That’s understandable considering that it’s the “family jewels” that are being tortured!
There are some submissives, though, who initially didn’t enjoy cbt, but eventually ended up liking it. I think a lot of it has to do with how it’s introduced.
